I was happy with the service at Birchwood Kia Washington because Alex gave me the time and opportunity to consider the best model for my needs.
He helped me in regard to the choice of ongoing care plans, and gave me an excellent handover.
My only regret is that the car had very little petrol in it, which meant I had to stop at an unfamiliar garage in a vehicle new to me, on my 15 mile journey home, which I would have preferred not to have to do. However, Alex had noted the petrol situation, and warned me, for which I was very grateful.

Birchwood Kia Washington were great because we dealt with Steve Lansley - he was not pushing for a sale, he thoroughly researched what was important to me, was happy to take me out in a test drive, even though the car that I had booked had a deposit left on it. He explained everything that was going to be sent to me and what I had to sign. He did not take the full payment until I had seen the car, it came from the Eastbourne garage. Handover was very good, explaining what I needed to know but not overwhelming me with everything the vehicle could do.
